Overview
Big Fin Seafood restaurant is located in the Dellagio, an upscale town center in Orland, Florida. The restaurant has won many awards and received rave reviews. However, the website looks and feels subpar, and the functionality isn't user-friendly. The website is geared towards what the owner feels is important vs. What the user needs, and because of that, it suffers on the user's end.
Restaurant website functionality is imperative as it offers important information for target customers. The project will focus on reorganizing the website by updating the navigation and reshaping the overall look.

Usage Scenario 1: They’re searching for something
A user searched the internet for seafood restaurants in Orlando and Big Fin Seafood restaurant comes up at the top of the search and the user decides to view the website. In this scenario the user is not familiar with this restaurant, therefore, they need to feel like they found what they’re looking for. Once they make it past that. The most important thing that the user will navigate to would be the menu and prices. The menu part of the navigation should be easy to view and navigate and shouldn’t open outside the page or be downloaded.
Usage scenario 2: Easy Information and Reservations for Dinner
User searched the internet and comes up to the Big Fin restaurant and they are looking for a reservation. In this scenario, the user is using their online reservation service for the first time and they need an easy navigation or easy steps for the reservation for their dinner. So, there should be an easy to spot reservation button or section included on the home page with images. In this way, it would be easy for our clients to book a table within seconds. Moreover, Big Fin can also send promo codes (via email) when the user books a table online in order to boost their sales.
